Our units are conveniently located near downtown New Braunfels, just off of Walnut Avenue. They are located on Eikel Street, directly across from Creek View Veterinary.

Our units are non-climate controlled, with easy ground-level, drive-up access. We offer  10x20 units at competitive prices. A $50 deposit is required for each unit, which is refundable once unit is emptied and cleaned.

We offer secure surface parking for your additional vehicles, boats, trailers and RV's for a flat fee of $75/month, with a $75 deposit, regardless of the size.

Our units are easily accessible, each with ground level access. You will have no problems navigating the property with your truck or trailer, and will have accessibility every day of the week between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m

Our property is fully fenced, gated, and well lit. The hours are from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

We offer convenient on-site drop boxes, or you may mail your check to our mailing address, Stor-Haus/Mailcenter, 614-c South Business 35, New Braunfels, TX, 78130. We also accept credit cards (plus a 3.5% credit card fee), and cash. For ease of payment, check with your bank about Zelle, a fast, easy and secure way to make your payment through your banking app.

One of the worst feelings is doing your research, comparing prices, choosing a business, and then finding out that there are tons of hidden charges, just when you're ready to sign up. When you rent with us, you will pay no sign-up or administration fee. All charges are above board and clearly understood, which include your monthly fee, a $50 refundable deposit (if unit is clean when emptied), and any late charges that might apply. The rental is month-to-month, so there is no obligation for a multi-month commitment.
